Domino’s® x Minecraft Dungeons™ II Exclusives
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
Domino’s® x Minecraft Dungeons™ II Exclusives (the “Program”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.) who are Domino’s Rewards members (free to join) and 13 years old or older at the time of participation. Employees of Domino’s National Advertising Fund, Inc., Merkle Inc., Work In Progress and their parent and affiliate companies and contractors, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions; Participants will be Disqualified for Violations:
Participation constitutes each participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. All federal, state, and local laws apply and the Program is void where prohibited. Receiving a Reward (as defined in the How to Participate section below) is contingent upon fulfilling all of the requirements set forth herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between any other statements contained in any Program-related materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail, govern and control. Participants agree that they may not use or attempt to use any method to obtain more than the stated number of permissible Rewards using robotic, automatic, programmed, or any other means (including but not limited to using multiple/different Domino’s Rewards accounts, email addresses, identities, or any other methods). Violation of any of these requirements will void any Reward for person(s) responsible for such action and result in their disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any Domino’s Rewards accounts it deems to be fraudulent.
Timing:
The Program begins on October 26, 2026 at the start of business for each Domino’s location and ends on January 10, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. local time (the “Program Period”). Sponsor’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Program.
How to Participate:
You must be a Domino’s Rewards member in order to participate. Joining Domino’s Rewards is free but subject to the program’s Terms and Conditions.
During the Program Period, purchase a Domino™ online through dominos.com or the Domino’s mobile app (“Qualifying Purchase”) and you will receive a promotional code for 1 of 3 Domino’s branded Minecraft Dungeons II in-game items: a Domino’s skin, Cheesy Cube pet or Slice Slayer cape (each, a “Reward”). The specific Reward you receive will be randomly awarded based on equal odds. In addition,
- Orders must be placed and paid for online. In-store orders, phone orders, or online orders paid for in-store are not eligible;
- Reward codes will be loaded directly into the My Rewards tab of your Domino’s Rewards account within 24 hours of your Qualifying Purchase and will be available until February 2, 2027; and
- Reward codes are redeemable only in the Minecraft Dungeons II game; redeem by December 31, 2027. Minecraft Dungeons II game is sold separately.
Approximate Retail Value of each Reward: $2.99.

Limits:
Participants may receive multiple Rewards through a single order by making multiple Qualifying Purchases in the order (1 item per each Qualifying Purchase). The maximum number of Rewards that can be earned in a single order is 10. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same Domino’s Rewards account or email address. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant, Sponsor will rely on the information submitted by the participant to register for Domino’s Rewards. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require additional documentation from participant to show proof of participant’s identity. Program valid while Rewards supplies last.

Release:
By participating in the Program, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Merkle Inc., Work In Progress, Microsoft Corporation, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and Reward suppliers and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Program and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse or redemption of a Reward (including any injury or harm related thereto).
Publicity:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Program constitutes each participant’s consent and grant to Sponsor and its agents to use the following information about the participant (to the extent provided by participant as part of the Program): participant’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or Reward information for promotional purposes in any media without further notice, review, approval, payment or other consideration. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or publicity materials but may do so and edit such information or materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. Sponsor will not use any of the above mentioned information in a manner that is inconsistent with its Privacy Policy or applicable law.
General Conditions:
Sponsor’s Right to Modify or Cancel the Program:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Program, or any part of it, where any of the following “Issues” occur:
- Fraud;
- Technical failures;
- Human error;
- Any other factor that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Program as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; or
- Any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, widespread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) that interferes with any aspect of the Program, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Where one or more of the above Issues occurs, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to award a Reward to eligible participants who have made a Qualifying Purchase up to the date of discontinuance or provide a substitute Reward.
Limitations of the Scope of Responsibility:
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
- Any incorrect or inaccurate information either provided by participants or caused by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program;
- Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections to the internet, social media platforms, in phone lines or network hardware or software;
- Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Program;
- Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Program, including but not limited to the processing of orders;
- Late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or
- Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Program or to the receipt, use, inability to use or misuse of any Reward.
Disputes:
Disputes will be resolved as outlined in Domino’s Rewards Terms & Conditions.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. Remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. If any provision is determined to be overly broad, it will be limited and enforced to the extent allowed by applicable law.
