| People Pipeline Program Domino’s Pizza recognize that to be “best in class” and maintain out position as the world leader in the pizza delivery industry, we need to have exceptional leaders. To prepare and develop future leaders, a development program known as “Project People Pipeline” was established. The purpose of the People Pipeline is to: - Recruit and select early career, high potential team members
- Establish a rotational development program
- Provide broad organizational, business and leadership training
- Prepare for future leadership positions at Domino’s Pizza
- Ensure workplace readiness, cross-functional knowledge and advanced leadership training to team members, who will provide immediate value to the company
During the program, the team member will be fully integrated into new positions in a series of rotational assignments. Company-sponsored relocation to various business sites will be require to complete some assignments. The assignments may include positions in the following areas of the business: - International
- Legal
- Human Resources
- Marketing
- Public Relations
- Corporate store operations
- Finance and accounting
- Information services
- Distribution/purchasing
- Communications
In addition to completing developmental assignments, the team member will also be provided with leadership and organizational training defined in a customized plan known as a “Learning Map”. Mentors will be assigned to aid in the development of the team member. Accounting / Finance Program Our cash and general ledger accountant positions are the gateway to opportunity at Domino’s Pizza. In this position, you will be responsible for: - Performing financial reviews at mid-period and final stages of the period closing cycle.
- Communication with internal customers on outstanding accounting issues, problems, or concerns.
- Acting as a resource to internal customers on financial statements.
- Reviewing and analyzing accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and payroll activity.
- Preparing weekly estimates for distribution centers
- Analyzing and posting weekly corporate sales data.
- Auditing weekly corporate store paperwork
- Researching Corporate sales, food, and labor variance by comparing actual data to Domino’s Pulse )our point of sales system)
- Assisting the accounting center management or other internal customers with analysis of financial impact on certain projects.
While working in the Accounting Center, you may coordinate with other accounting functions such as cash, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a daily basis. In the General Ledger department, you will work with other team members on different projects even in daily tasks. In every department, team members work hand-in-hand to get the job completed correctly and on time. Sound like all work and no fun? Wrong! During close week, pizza are provided for every team member to celebrate all the hard work during the period. HR Development Program The development program in the Domino’s PeopleFirst department (our snazzy name for human resources) is a unique opportunity for early career human resource professionals to complete a defined career development plan, gaining knowledge and experience in all capacities of the field. Domino’s Pizza is committed to the development of the participants and has purposely selected positions that support their progression with the expectation that we are investing in the future leaders of the department. The program is only successful if the participant is equally committed to their development and responsibilities. We expect candidates to get as much as their can from each rotation and willingly support the companies’ objectives, no matter where the position is located. Each participant is require to complete three rotations. Two of the rotations will be in a core assignment that all participants must complete, and the third will be one of the additional assignments. Core Assignments Shared Services (Ann Arbor,Mich.): - Primary point of contact for 12,000 corporate team members for PeopleFirst-related issues. Support team member requests by executing PeopleFirst policies and procedures and initiating recommended improvements.

Marketplace (corporate market): - Support team members in resolving employee relations issues
